Summary:
As per the current requirement, alerts are configured to send notifications to the managers of direct reports when required course assignments have due dates falling exactly 7, 15, or 30 days from the alert run date. This applies only to assignments with the “ADM - Administrative” value selected in the Assign As list of values (LOV).
For example, if the alert runs on June 31, 2026, notifications are sent only for managers whose learners have assignment due dates exactly 7, 15, or 30 days later—that is, on June 7, June 15, and Jun 30, 2026, respectively.
When the alert is run manually, it completes successfully and generates the expected notifications.
