Can we write a VBS rule based on System Person Type

We have a requirement to control the field display depending on the system person type for Line manager role, during Change Working Hour transaction. I have tried with the field value 'System Person Type (Assignment) ' which is not working. Kindly let me know which field value needs to be used to get the system person types.
