Redwood change order page does not validate required values when submit is clicked
in Purchasing
I have set the override approver field to required in VBS but users are still able to submit the Purchasing change order without entering a value on this field. The value is in the Additional information tab and only when users click into the override approver box does any type of warning come up. If user leave the tab and fill in all other details, the change order can be submitted.
In RSSP this was also an issue and was resolved with a business rule to validate required fields had been entered when submit was selected.
This is a show stopper for the business as we rely on the field to drive workflow approval.
