Trigger Notification After Candidate Submits Additional Info

Hi everyone,

We currently have a notification set up in ORC that gets triggered when a candidate accepts an offer. This email asks them to provide some additional information (e.g., gender, age, marital status, etc.).

What we’re trying to figure out now is how to trigger a notification to recruiter once the candidate actually completes and submits this information.

Has anyone set up something similar?

Is there a way in ORC to notify recruiters/admins when these details are filled in? The Recruiting Activity Center is not currently providing us with this visibility.

Appreciate any ideas or approaches that have worked for you!
