Display Experience Entries in Chronological Order

Current Behavior :External candidates have reported that the Experience section displays their entries in a random order. This creates confusion, leads to an unprofessional and inconsistent user experience, and raises concerns that the hiring team may misinterpret their work history due to the sequencing.

Is there a way we can sort sequencing?

Expected :

The system must present all experience entries in clear chronological order, with the most recent experience displayed first. When an end date is missing, the start date should be used as the sorting reference, and entries without any dates should retain their original input order but appear after dated entries.
