Job Application - Middle Name Text Box

Summary:

I am trying to hide the Middle Name text field that appears when candidates complete an application for an open position.

I navigated to Setup and Maintenance > Job Application Flow, as I assumed this is where application fields can be configured. However, I do not see an option to edit the existing fields or modify the questions displayed within the application.

Am I looking in the correct area, or is there a different navigation path or configuration page where I can manage and hide specific application fields, such as the Middle Name field?

Any guidance on the appropriate setup location would be appreciated.
