how to notify cost accountant to roll up cost when item structure/work definition is updated

Hi Guru,

we are facing this kind of issue often when someone from engineering department updated BOM/routing but forgot to notify cost accountant to roll up cost for the FG, which caused work order close variance in the shopfloor.

is there any solution for this issue.?
