Can we auto assign recruiters based on country in a requisition

Summary:

We have a requirement to automatically assign requisitions to Country Leads based on the country associated with the requisition.

We are using position-based requisitions; however, we will not be using job- or position-specific requisition templates for any defaulting purposes.

We attempted to configure business rules to default the Recruiter field based on the Business Unit and Country attributes, but have not been successful so far.

Could you please advise on any alternative solutions or recommended approaches that would enable us to meet this requirement?
