Redwood cancel requisition - saved as draft

Summary:

When a recruiting user is raising a requisition but clicks cancel, the req is still saved in Draft. Is this expected?

Seems strange to have cancel and a 'save and close' function if they both do the same thing.

Would expect cancel to remove the req entirely
