Can we customize the report 'Employee Vacation and Delegation Rules Report'

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Summary:

Since there is no possibility to restrict employees who they can delegate approvals to we need to be able to control/report on creates approval delegation rules.
In OTBI en BIP it is not possible to query on this information.

Can we somehow customize the OOB report 'Employee Vacation and Delegation Rules Report' to compare delegations done with the current manager hierarchy?
