Late Reconciliations Based on Days of the Week

Summary:

We have a requirement in which the reconciliations will be considered late by Preparer after 15 work days. This seems to function normally with the standard functionality. But the requirement states that the Reviewer isn't late until the end of the first week of the following month.

Example:

Recon created 4/1/26

Preparer give 15 workdays (inserted in the recon) for a due date of 4/22/26.

Reviewer due date would then be 5/8/26 (end of the first week of the following month).

Is there anyway to to do this either with calculated fields or standard function? One option I guess could be adding a new date field but not sure how to get that onto each recon. Then I'd have to put the real end date of each recon, each month created as it would be different each time.
