Alternate hierarchy question

Summary: Hi gurus, I want to build a alternate hierarchy like shown in the below screenshot.

I am able to create the Prod3 member as a shared member as shown in the screenshot. But when I go to create All Products as a Shared hierarchy in my dimension, I get the entire children products under All Products created as well as Shared members.

That is not what I want. I want to just have All Products has a single Shared member under my alternate view as shown in screenshot.

Is this possible or is it expected that all the members under All Products would get created as Shared members when doing in EDMCS?
