What we would like to see is if there is a different way to approach this:
Currently Taleo allows you to: Open a requisition
State the number of openings
Hire off untill the number of openings is reached and then fill..
I have areas of the business that are less concerned about head count and more concerned about FTE.
In the ideal world, as well as the scenario above, there would be the option to:
Open a Requistion,
State the total FTE being recruited for
Fill the req once the relevant FTE has been found (regadless of how many people are hired).
