Student Financial Aid Process for Severity 3 and 4 SRs with known bugs

Summary:

Over the next few weeks, SFA Support will be updating the process for Severity 3 and Severity 4 SRs that are associated with known bugs.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As part of this process, Support will create a Knowledge Base article that includes the relevant bug details and tracking information. The SR will then be closed, while the bug itself will remain open and continue to be managed through the appropriate product channels.

Customers will be able to track the bug through the Knowledge Base article and/or product release notes. In addition, archived SRs will remain available in My Oracle Support, where you can review the bug number and associated Knowledge Base article as needed.
