Eligibility Profile for internal candidates isn't reflecting

We have a requirement to restrict internal candidates from applying to jobs if their length of service is less than a year.

i have created the length of service factor as shown below:

and i have created the eligibility profile with the assignment category as 'Specific assignment' and added the derived factor as the criteria.

then i connected the eligibility profile with the opportunity marketplace jobs configuration.

but it's still not taking effect. is there any steps i missed or is there any schedule process i need to run?
