What may cause the smartvew error: Duplicate name [XXXX] found in Grid, unable to resolve
Hi team,
We have observed an intermittent issue when refreshing Smart View reports. In some cases, even though the chart of accounts has not changed and the same template is being used without any modifications, users encounter the following error during refresh:
“Duplicate name [XXXX] found in Grid, unable to resolve.”
When this occurs, the user needs to reselect the member via Member Selection and then refresh again to retrieve the data successfully.
Could you kindly help advise on the possible root cause of this issue? It appears that even without any changes to the template or chart of accounts, the same report may occasionally fail and return this error during refresh.
