We have a requirement to assign Course B one year after the completion of Course A.

Course A Setup:

Expire in days: 730 days and

Renewal option: Start next renewal before validity of prior assignment ends

Renewal Period: 65 days

No issue for Course A side.

Course B Setup:

Assignment is based on OTBI analysis (Course Name = Course A and Completed date >= 365 days)

Expire: No expiration.

This setup is working as expected—Course B is automatically assigned one year after completing Course A. However, the assignment is triggered only once and does not occur again when the employee completes the Course A in subsequent cycles.
