BI Publisher Excel Template Pivot Table Not Refreshing Automatically in Output

Hi Everyone,

I have developed an Excel-based BI Publisher template (.xls) in Oracle Fusion.

The workbook contains two sheets:

Detailed GL Transactions: This sheet is populated dynamically by the BI Publisher Report query data.

Summary: This sheet contains a Pivot Table that references the detailed transactions sheet to provide a high-level summary.

The Issue: When users download the report output (Excel format), the Pivot Table on the Summary sheet does not refresh automatically with the newly fetched data. The users are forced to manually click "Refresh" in Pivot table to see the correct summarized metrics.

Is there a native BI Publisher property, Excel configuration, or metadata setting I can apply to the template to force the Pivot Table to recalculate/refresh automatically as soon as the user opens the downloaded report?
