Not able to find the attribute Proposed Reason to write Job Offer Approval Rule

Summary:

Hi All,

We want to write job offer approval rule based on Proposed Reason for Internal Candidates. But, this attribute is not available in the list of values under transaction console. We tried giving the code in the build directly but getting rule error.

Highlighted Blue field in the below screenshot should be the criteria to trigger the approval.

The request operation failed with the business rules defined for SupervisoryRulesListSet.

Resolution:

Validate the BPM rule for SupervisoryRulesListSet and ensure it returns a valid approval hierarchy.
