Error -"You need to enter a valid value for the careersite field. (IRC-1590143)"

Summary:

We have made some personalization to requisition DFF using VBS, after making that change we couldn't able to post requisitions in external career site. It is throwing error "You need to enter a valid value for the careersite field. (IRC-1590143)". This error is only occurring when some change is made to requisition DFF's, if change is reverted back then again it is working fine. But this change is client requirement which is leading to this error.

Can any please provide any insights if anyone face this issue?
