PDF conversion report fails

Hi everyone,
I’m facing an issue with custom fonts in Oracle PBCS (EPM Cloud) when generating reports.
I have installed and am using the "Sentient" font in my HTML reports, and it renders correctly when viewing the output in HTML format. However, when I generate the same report in PDF, the font is not rendered correctly (it appears to fall back to a different font or displays incorrect formatting).

My questions are:

1. Is there any supported way to use custom fonts like "Sentient" in PDF outputs in PBCS/EPM SaaS?

2. Is there any workaround to embed or register fonts in the cloud environment?
