AP invoices Distribution dates showing not an open period only one machine

Summary:

AP invoices Distribution GL dates showing not an open period only this one machine ( all browsers edge , Chrom and opera ) even if we login with other users on the same machine but if we login same user name on other machine it works on smoothly no error come . What should be the reason for this .

Note : AP and GL periods already Open and all other users works for the same period without showing the following error

We cleared the Cache so many times but still Error rasied

Error: The payment date, maturity date, or accounting date isn't in an open accounting period. Enter a date that's in an open accounting period. (AP-810012)
