Candidate Survey Data (Request Information) not appearing in real-time in OTBI
Summary:
We utilise the job application flow to deliver a candidate feedback survey during the application process.
The process uses a questionnaire format and is delivered to the candidate via email.
Once the candidate responds, the survey submission is marked as Completed and date stamped; then reporting in OTBI.
We do not appear to be receiving real-time updates, suggesting a background process may need to be run. I have tried a few but to no avail. Has anyone experienced anything similar & know how to resolve this please?
