Clarification on Sorting Logic for Balance Columns with Currency Codes in Reconciliation List

Hi Team,

I have a question regarding the newly introduced ARCS feature: "Sorting of Balance Columns with Currency Codes in the Reconciliation List."

While testing this feature, I observed that the sorting for balance columns is not working as expected. I’m trying to understand the underlying logic used for sorting in this case.

Specifically, I would like to know:

• Is the sorting applied based on the numeric balance value?
• Or is it based on the currency code?
• Or is the balance column being treated as a string, which might explain the unexpected behavior?

I tested both scenarios (sorting by balance and currency), but the results appear inconsistent and do not align with either approach.
