Internal Orders - Price Changes

Summary:

When orders are placed on a Requisition and sourced to Inventory the current unit price is used. If that price get updated before the order is completed it gets posted at the updated price, but Requisition nor Transfer Order show the updated price. Is there a way to use the Transfer Price Rules and set to Source Document which would prevent the price change when fulfilled from Inventory?
