Request for Oracle Guidance: Enforcing Candidate Disposition Before Filling Requisitions

Hello Oracle Team,

Our recruiters are currently able to fill requisitions without dispositioning all candidates. Although the system provides a warning message, recruiters can still proceed. When this occurs, all active applications on the requisition are dispositioned with a general reason

We are conducting a POC to determine if it is possible to prevent recruiters from filling a requisition until all candidates have been properly dispositioned. We reviewed VBS to explore customization options for controlling the "Fill Job Requisition" action on Job Requisition Page, but unfortunately, we were unable to find a solution. We request Oracle to review this scenario and advise if there is a way to enforce this control.
