How to inactivate termed employees that still appear as active project managers in Oracle PPM?

Summary:

It seems that Oracle controls only block users from being added to a project if they aren't active in HCM, but once they're terminated, there aren't any alerts to indicate they should be removed from the project. This affects approval workflows in PPM and could impact other modules as well.

For example, employee "N" has been terminated since June 2025, but is still listed as Project Manager on several projects.

Is this expected? What is the recommended approach in this situation? Should we manually update the Project Managers? Is there a way to receive notifications or alerts to prompt us to update the project?

Howdy, Stranger!
