IDR Adaptive Learning Migration Strategy - Preserve Existing Production Learning

Summary:

We are evaluating a strategy where adaptive learning activities are performed in a non-production environment (DEV), and the resulting IDR adaptive learning data is migrated into Production. Our primary objective is to enhance IDR extraction accuracy through ongoing training in DEV while preserving the adaptive learning that already exists in Production.

We would appreciate guidance on the supported approach and behavior of adaptive learning migrations. Specifically,

• If adaptive learning is migrated for a supplier that already has adaptive learning in Production, does the migration:
  • Replace the existing Production learning?
  • Merge with the existing Production learning?
• If adaptive learning is migrated for only a subset of suppliers, is adaptive learning for all other suppliers in Production preserved?
