Weird behavior in webforms

I am facing a strange behavior in FCCS.

When opening a web form as an Administrator, the form behaves as expected (see first screenshot). However, when opening the same form using a normal user account, an unexpected behavior occurs:

• Closing Balance becomes editable.
• Mvmt_ITP_Decrease becomes read-only.

This issue is occurring across all web forms and for all users (in Web and Smartview). The forms were working correctly previously, and no changes have been made to the form definitions.

As a test, I moved the Currency dimension from Columns to the POV, and the form started behaving normally again. However, this is not a viable solution since we need both Entity Currency and Parent Currency displayed in the Columns.
