Microsoft 365 integration best practice | Shared Azure App Registration for ORC and OLC
Hi team,
I'm currently setting up the Microsoft 365 integration for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and I noticed that our client already has an Azure App Registration in place for Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) — apparently with two separate registrations, one for Outlook and one for Teams.
Before I recommend creating a new App Registration specifically for ORC, I wanted to check with the community: is there an Oracle best practice or official guidance on whether the Azure tenant / App Registration used for OLC can (or should) be shared with ORC?
Specifically, I'm trying to understand:
- Whether a single App Registration can safely cover both OLC and ORC integrations (assuming the required Graph API permissions are combined)
