Are application filters supposed to remain after sending interview invites?

With the new Redwood pages/updates in ORC, when using filters within the applications list, they are supposed to remain when you return to the list itself after entering an application.

However, if you set filters say for state "Reviewed", and you are sending invite to interview for some. The interview screen appears, once you finalize and return to the application list the filter is no longer selected. Is this common or expected behavior? Or is this a BUG?
