Can Oracle Fusion Cloud Receiving support the creation of Inbound ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) for non-PO receipt transactions such as Sales Order Return (RMA), Transfer Order receipts, and In-Transit Shipment receipts through standard Fusion APIs/interfaces?
