Current Integration Setup

We are working in an integrated landscape where:

  1. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is used for candidate management and recruitment processing.
    • Candidates progress through the lifecycle and reach the HR phase (HR – Processing) within ORC.
  2. ORC acts as a slave system, while SAP serves as the system of record for hiring.
    • A Pending Worker is created in ORC when the candidate reaches the HR phase.
