Report to Pull Current year Created Projects in EPM Project Planning

I want to pull out a report with List of Projects created for this fiscal Year under each department. In EPM Project Planning, Using Seeded Add Project rule, the projects created will be under No year. so when I am trying to pull out a report all the projects are showing up under the respective department. Apart from Filtering by Project Start Date, Is there any other way to Pull out a report(Management Report in EPM)just for list of projects created under Each Fiscal Year (Ex. FY26)
