Learning Assignment Assistant Agent Mass Action Support - Coming in 26C

Introduction

In 26C, Oracle Learning is expanding the existing Learning Assignment Assistant agent to support events, self-paced learning, offerings, courses and learning path status updates.

Overview

The assistant understands natural language requests and can process updates across multiple learning assignments and activities. The agent can be configured to be accessed from the Assignments tab for events, self-paced learning, courses (Redwood) and learning paths or the global Redwood assignments page.

Learning specialists can simply describe what they want to do, including:

• Actions to perform (such as complete, undo completion, or update status)
• Learner selection criteria (learner full name, work email or person number)
