Drop Ship Purchase Orders not collected

Summary:

In Supply Planning, we are bringing in Drop Ship Items and the Sales Orders come into Supply Planning. There is a validation ORG assigned and the checkbox to bring in drop ship items is selected. This is for analysis as we have some views to summarize the drop ship items for the planners. The purchase order is properly created in supply orchestration. The problem is the purchase order (and implied reservation) is NOT collected into supply planning for these items into collected data and hence the plan doesn't collect it either and then a
