Why Absence Shows “Not Processed” When It Was Paid Successfully
Summary:
On the timecard’s “Additional Statuses” tab, the employee has two absences with no value in “Payroll Transfer Status” and “Not Processed” in “Payroll Processing Status.” However, both absences were paid successfully. The only difference I can identify is that these absences were entered directly on the timecard rather than submitted through Absence Management. Why would they not display as “Transferred” and “Processed”? Thanks for any help.
