How to enable "Collective Agreement" section on Employment/Assignment page?

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to enable the Collective Agreement section on the Employee Assignment page in our current environment, as it is currently not visible.

I have already checked the HCM Experience Design Studio and looked into standard Page Composer configurations within a Sandbox, but I couldn't find the specific attribute or section visibility toggle for this.

The section contains the field Bargaining Unit that we need to make visible (as shown in the attached screenshot)

Could anyone please guide me on how to enable or this section?

Is there a specific Enterprise level setting, a profile option, or a particular design studio action/rule that controls this?
