Text added on Formula row not showing up on the front of the form.

Summary:

We have added 4 formula rows on web form specifically for Headings purpose to divide the Sections into Group Total, Group Input, BU total and BU Input. The rows are not hidden. Suddenly after 4th June, the formula row text is not showing up except for Group Total text. It shows only blank on all the forms. Arrow marked in the image below shows the blank formula row. Eventhough the text is there in the backend of the form. Header text is put on Movement dimension row and Movement dimension is also not marked hidden. Neither the row is hidden.
