Bulk upload Stock On-Hand, Next Restock Date, PO & Back Order Quantity from Oracle Fusion Inventory

We have a requirement to develop an OIC Integration for Bulk and Delta upload / sync item Stock with Kafka for eCommerce platform (Hybris & Intershop).

The requirement is to synchronize stock information from Oracle Inventory to external downstream systems through Kafka. As part of this integration, the message needs to include item-level stock details such as:

  • Oracle item number / SKU
  • Available stock or on-hand quantity
  • Restock date, derived from the earliest outstanding PO delivery date
  • PO quantity
  • Backorder-related quantity

The requirement also mentions that restock date should be populated from the PO promised delivery date, and if that is blank, the requested delivery date should be used.
