Redwood Court Orders Unique Reference field does not auto populate

Summary:

When adding a new Redwood Court Order the Unique Reference is not auto populated as it was in the Classic UI screen.

As you can see below the Unique Reference has been auto populated and is not editable

As you can see below the Unique Reference generates a blank field that is required

Has anyone else noticed this and does anyone know of a fix?

I have raised an SR with Oracle but havent had a solution suggested so far.
