Redwood SSP customizations visible in runtime but not visible in VB Studio after region migration

in Self Service Procurement

Hi Team,

We recently migrated our Oracle Fusion environment from the Frankfurt/Germany region to the Dubai region.

Before the migration, we had made some Redwood page changes in Self Service Procurement using Visual Builder Studio. After the migration, those changes are still visible in the Fusion application runtime page.

However, when we open the same page in VB Studio to make further changes, the previously made customizations are not visible in the VB Studio editor/design-time view.

So currently:

  • Existing Redwood changes are visible in the Fusion runtime page.
  • The same changes are not visible in VB Studio.
  • We are unable to continue editing or enhance the existing Self Service Procurement Redwood page.
