How to Find All Pending Transactions Assigned to Any Approver

in Fusion Applications Administration

Hello Experts,

I would like to know if there is a standard way in Oracle Fusion to view all transactions currently pending with a specific approver (e.g., Department Manager, Business Manager, CEO, or any user) from the front-end application.

My objective is to answer questions such as:

  • Which transactions are currently pending with a particular approver?
  • How many approvals are awaiting action from a specific user?
  • Can this information be viewed from Worklist, BPM Worklist, Transaction Console, or another standard Fusion page?
  • Is there a delivered report or dashboard that shows all pending workflow tasks by approver across modules (HCM, Procurement, Finance, etc.)?
