Unable to find PO for a Requisition in Order Processing status & Req on Process Requisition

Summary:
The requisition status is 'Order Processing', But unable to find a PO against the requisition. Also when searched for same Requisition in Process Requisition we are not able to fetch to convert to PO.

When validating the Requisition in 'Requisition Not Present In Process Requisitions' diagnostic report, We got report as REQS_IN_POOL_FLAG as 'P' and a PO Header ID stamped. However we are unable to find any row against the header id in backend.
