Published AI Agent is not visible with end user's login in RSSP UI
Summary:
Hi All,
We copied an existing AI Agent template (Purchase Requisition Status Advisor), published it, created the Guided Journey, and activated it successfully. Then, under RSSP > Edit VBS, we entered the Guided Journey code and published the VBS.
When Abhishek logs in, the Ask Oracle screen appears as expected (Screenshot 1).
However, the real end user is unable to see it in their login (Screenshot 2).
Note: The custom role created for the AI Agent has been assigned to both users.
Could you help what other roile is required for end users or what i am missing?
