Has Oracle addressed corrupted time cards on the backend?

Hello,

Our team is in search of a permanent solution for corrupted absences that do not allow admins to adjust or submit the timecard. Typically, we are able to resolve using a sql to find the absence entry ID for the Absences - Withdraw corrupted absence diagnostic report or even the scheduled process "diagnose and correct time card issues" to correct mismatched data. Currently neither methods are working to remediate the recurring issue. Can anyone provide what worked for their team? The employees cannot get paid without their time card.
