Resolving Switch Team Access Issues in Oracle Redwood

Hello everyone!

We recently encountered an issue during an Oracle Redwood implementation where a user couldn't access the Switch Team functionality in My Team Activity Center, despite having both direct and indirect reports assigned.

When clicking "Switch Team," no teams appeared—even though the user had the correct organizational hierarchy setup.

Could you please share the duty to add?
