How could I have a translation Table (ESP-ENG-POR) of Item Specifications Concepts in PIM?

It is very common that users in my organizations work in multiple languages and we need some reference table with Spanish vs English vs Portuguese fields of Product Information Management Item Specs. For instance: "Days of Cover" translated to other languages.

This is particularly helpful for training materials, reference and help us mitigate the impact of multiple languages on the same POD in our business.
