Importing of PO through FBDI without giving the agreement details

Summary:

While importing the PO through FBDI, we dont want to give the agreement details, the expectation is that the price of the PO items should be defaulted from the agreement while we give the item details in the FBDI file without the need to give agreement details. It is possible while creating the PO manually in the UI, when we give the BU, supplier and item details, the agreement gets defaulted in PO.
