HMRC Data Retrieval Process Failing with "Error in Encryption in PGP Crypto Processor" During UCM Up

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

We are experiencing an issue with the HMRC data retrieval/submission process in Oracle Fusion.

The process fails during the "Loading to UCM" step with the following error:

Loading to UCM
Exception in loading UCM File : Error in Encryption in PGP Crypto Processor
Seems to be a problem with getting UCMID, Please review encryption keys if the encryption is not disabled.

From the logs, it appears the failure occurs during the PGP encryption stage before the file is uploaded to UCM. As a result, the UCMID is not being generated.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
